COVID-19 Shipping Update as of 9/21/2020
PREORDER: Unfortunately, we are still experiencing delays on a majority of preorders that were set to release in July, August and September. As we all know, the global chain has been severely affected resulting in significant delays. We are staying in constant communication with our suppliers on delays. We are contacting everyone via email as soon as we are notified of any release date delays.
As collectors ourselves, we understand the painstaking waiting time and frustrating delays you must be feeling. We sincerely apologize for the delay and are so grateful for your understanding and support.
IN STOCK: Orders for in stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday from Torrance, California. Please note that shipping carriers have been experiencing significant delays. Once your package has been picked up by the shipping carriers, delivery times are out of our control. If your package delivery is late, we recommend you reach out to the shipping carrier directly to locate your package and to get an estimate on the delivery time.
